Cruise shipwreck survivors file suit

Six surviving passengers have filed a $460 million suit for damages against Costa Cruises and parent company Carnival Cruises. Six passengers from shipwrecked Costa Concordiaare suing Carnival Cruises in a Miami court seeking hundreds of millions of  dollars. The lawsuit names Costa Cruises and parent company, Carnival Cruises; lawyer cites ‘stress of disaster’. The luxury cruise ship Costa Concordia lies on its side after it ran aground off the tiny Tuscan island of Giglio, Italy, on Jan. 15.
